BARRY  CLARKE 90TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

 

Taita Cricket would like to invite all Taita Cricket Past Players, Supporters and Sponsors to Barry Clarkes 90th Birthday Celebration.

 

Barry is an icon of Taita Cricket. He is our oldest Life Member, born one year before the club was formed.

 

Barry was an outstanding Premier player who had 196 inning for the Premier team scoring 4256 runs including 3 centuries with a top score of 129 and 500 runs in a season once . He represented  Hutt Valley from 1956 to 1962 including one game v the MCC in 1962.

 

Barry was made life member in 1984, he had 13 years on the Taita Committee including 3 as President.

 

Barry is a TRUE TAITA LEGEND.

It would be brilliant if we can get a big crowd of Taita past players, supporters and sponsors to celebrate Barrys Birthday on the 20th of January.
